Arpit Ujjwal
Engineering solutions at the intersection of
technology, strategy, and AI.
I build software systems that solve real problems and think about the business impact behind every technical decision. Currently exploring how AI can make enterprises smarter, faster, and more adaptive.
01. about
Who I Am

I'm a Software Engineer with a focus on systems that create real-world impact. Over four years, I've grown from writing production code to leading platform architecture, owning technical decisions that touch thousands of users.
What sets my work apart is the lens I bring to it. I don't just build features. I think about why they exist, what problem they solve for the business, and how they scale. That's led me naturally toward the intersection of software engineering, AI, and organisational change.
Right now, I'm deeply interested in how AI and intelligent systems can transform the way enterprises operate. Not as a trend, but as a genuine lever for efficiency, decision-making, and growth. I'm actively building in this space and looking to collaborate with teams solving problems that matter at scale.

Selected Projects
A selection of things I've built. More on GitHub.

UniPath
An AI-powered platform that simplifies one of the most high-stakes decisions students make. Built end-to-end, from real-time profile assessment to personalised document generation, it demonstrates how generative AI can reduce friction in complex, information-heavy workflows.

Baaz Software Suite
A complete operational software ecosystem for a fast-scaling EV startup. Four interconnected apps handling fleet management, real-time monitoring, order fulfilment, and KPI analytics. Built to support a business scaling rapidly, where reliable systems directly translate to business outcomes.

Baaz Website
Official website for Baaz Bikes — currently a work in progress. Stay tuned.

This Portfolio
A futuristic personal portfolio built with Next.js 16, Framer Motion, and Tailwind CSS v4. Features a live particle canvas, smooth scroll animations, and dark/light theming.
03. journey
The Path So Far
Software Development Intern
Moved fast, learned faster. Contributed to production systems and understood what it means to build software that a business depends on.
Software Engineer
Owned end-to-end features across frontend and backend. Started connecting technical decisions to product and business outcomes, and mentored interns through real engineering challenges.
Lead Software Engineer
Took ownership of architecture and technical direction. Shifted focus from individual features to how systems and teams scale to meet growing business demands.
Building & Exploring AI
Investing time at the intersection of AI and enterprise problems. Building projects that explore how intelligent systems can drive real organisational change — not just automate tasks, but fundamentally improve how businesses operate.
